MUI NE, beautifull kitesurfers paradise
Jumped on the early bus and 5 hours later in Mui Ne. No regrets, this is a damn nice beach. And heaven for hundreds of kitesurfers. Jumped in for a swim, spend some time with a group of American girls that where in Nha Trang last night and rented a motorbike for myself this time. Full speed and to the sanddunes, the other main attrection in Mui Ne (just sand, nothing more). Instead of with the stupid slideboards sliding of the dunes, I was riding with my motorbike in the sand, the tourists and locals didn't believe what they saw whahaha! Tonight I'm leaving again, spend another night in the bus.
Not much to do, so let's take the motorbike and drive in the dark to the surrounding villages...this was a funny experience. Only locals that were surprised to see a backpacker on their streets at night. When I walked into a bar it was even more fun, it seems like everybody lost his mind completely here on strong home-made alcohol and drugs. It was getting too weird, even for me. Without a map or knowing where I was I tried to find my way back, hard not to hit some stumbling and drunken locals on the road. Maybe I was driving a liitle bit too fast for this traffic, 100 km/hour is not the standard speed :-) Waiting for the nightbus took ages, so time for a long chat with friends on the internet and some cocktails to kill the time.
